The connector has 2 rows of pins, 3 pins in a row. On each row, take the resistance reading from the center pin (common) to each end pin. That's a total of 4 resistance readings between both rows. Each reading should be 22 ohms at 68 degrees F.
Sounds like you don't have a FSM. You can downlod one from here:

The testing I am talking about is at the bottom of page 512, section EC in the 2000 FSM or page 506, section EC in the 2000.5 FSM. The schematic is 4 pages earlier.
Why 2 versions of the FSM? Because Nissan made a bunch of changes to the 2000 year model during its production run. It would be in your best interest to get the correct FSM for your car. A lot of the changes seem to be in the electrical area. The VIN number is used to determine which version of the FSM that you need for your car.
Look at the last 8 digits of your vin number.
for VINs up to and including YT0 12236 -or- YT2 11680 -or- YT5 27429 -or- YT7 40491

on the front page of the FWD section, it reads
Edition: April 1999
Revision: June 2000
Publication No. SM0E-1A33U3
If your VIN number is higher than the above,
download the 2000.5 manual (later production)

Yes, replace that IACV. Do not risk damaging the ECU by running the engine with that IACV.
