You might want to take 120 grit sand paper to the rotor surface to get all the other material off. Right now you have competing compounds on there. Then re-bed the pads. Might also take 500 or so street miles to end the noise.

What type of pads, and are you running blanks, slotted, or cross drilled and slotted, when my pads heat up, start squeaking on stops, just basic ceramics from Napa, got to switch em out for some better ones...

Also, ceramic pads tend to be noiser anyways. Some are worse than others, but you might not get them 100% quiet. You still might have some noise from time to time.

Each time I get in my 2000 Maxima after it has sit overnight the brakes make a noise backing and pulling up to get out of the driveway. Once I get out of the driveway I never hear the noise again. It's like once they warm up the noise stops. As far as I know they're ceramic pads. I thought maybe the person who installed them didn't use the special lubricate that comes with pads that goes on the metal pieces.
