B@otch maxima down

Damn!!!. On the highway going around curve. Stupid beotch I guess switching lanes didn't see me. (she was in a rental dodge ram) punches my left rear bumper puts me in a spin, blows my back tire but I was on my way to correcting that ****(k sports baby). Beotch couldn't stop and punches me again in driver / passenger rear door and I hit the center divider. Airbags blow up and I do a 360. DAMN. Me and my girl in the car no injuries, well she got airbag burn but my seat was far enough back. I'm pretty pissed and sad at same time. Just spend almost a g this week on pwr steering leak and wheel bearing. Plus I love my Max, just knowing it's probably totaled, only have liability.

Wow, sorry to hear what happened. Glad you all are o.k. Unfortunatey, the car probably isn't. Deployed air bags on a car that's 10 years old is nearly a guarantee for the insurance company to total it. I've had 2 cars totaled, and you really got to fight with the insurance company to get your money's worth out of it. Make sure you have receipts for any modded parts you have purchased. Printed out e-mail confirmations from online purchases works too.

Good to hear no injuries man...her insurance company is definitely gonna try and low ball you. If she had the rental insurance it could be better for you.

Wow...another FEMALE driver victim. Did you go to the hospital? I would have went anyway! Then their insurance will have to pay for that as well!! Dumb drivers!

I don't think you should have to worry about this since you won't be dealing with your own insurance company. If I read your story correctly (you got rear ended?) the accident was in no way your fault and will be covered by the other driver's insurance. Sorry to hear though, I imagine that had to be pretty scary.

That is terrible to see but its great you can still walk away from that. I do agree, fight the insurance compant to get all you can. Also, when I see them barcode stickers on rental cars, I get THE HELL away from them.

It's actually statistically proven that Women are overall better drivers, less tickets, accidents, etc.

Why do you think a Male from 16-25 has a much higher insurance rate then a female?

It's also statistically proven that Women can't tell when their vehicle has lost traction and how to properly counter it once it has. They are more prone to get in accidents on wet surfaces. Although Men in 4x4 pickup trucks are statistically in more accidents then anyone on snowy surfaces (go figure).

anyway, sad to hear about the Max. That is unfortunately going to be considered a total. There is a lot of damage plus airbags = total. Hopefully the insurance will pay out handsomely and you can get yourself a new Max.

I pretty much agree with what's been said. It's obviously the Ram's fault, and it will fall primarily on their insurance, but they're probably going to try to find you at some fault, just for being there...I really don't like insurance companies...

Statistically, ONLY women pull out in front of me on their phones trying to commit suicide by my car among many other stupid things (I almost never see one NOT on their phone).
Being that I'm a man and can drive b/c I'm paying attention and have fast reflexes, I avoid killing them.
This can happen up to 3 times per day for me. Do the math on that.

They don't even know that they were 2 sec from death (they look the wrong way down the street or just fly out into the rd at 20 mph). Who's the better driver, here?
Old people do the same thing. They may not even be in a wreck but can easily cause one from their poor driving habits (crap vision, slow reflexes, and driving waaaay to slow).

Insurance rates are based on risky driving by males b/c we like to have fun (men are hardwired to make poor decisions in these situations). Correlation is not causation. The number of wrecks is not related to driving skill.
Who would you rather have driving you around? A man or a woman? Think about if you were taking a nap in the car. I wouldn't ride with a female if my eyes were going to be closed.

I work at university that is mostly females. Guess what? The cars are TRASHED. They come in brand new and leave dented (not limited to bumpers tore off, hoods smashed, lights shattered) and scratched up to hell. These things aren't reported b/c obviously no one was hurt, no one caught them or they hit curbs, poles, etc. Some of these cars are totals from body damage. Women cannot drive.

Thanks, yeah hopefully everything will get worked out and I can find me a 6spd or a g or z.

I'm just kinda pissed cuz car was where I wanted it to be and just spent almost $1000 this week on power steering and wheel hub replacement. Then on Saturday my obx pulley came in the mail and I was about to put in my gutted front precat.

Good thing nobody was hurt except for Goldie.

Sorry about you're maxima man that blows but I'm glad you're okay. My Altima got rear ended last year and it wasn't even all that bad air bags didn't even deploy and they totaled it it was an 00, I ended up getting a grand more than what I paid for it which was pretty cool

The truck punched that driver rear corner and sent my rear end to break loose. I ended up east/west and she hit me again in the drv/pass rear doors, then idk bam I see divider wall coming fast and bam head on.(Keep in mind we were on a curving left section of highway and I was in right lane, she was to my left)
