Hesitation/Jerking at slow speed

It's been a month now that every morning I went to work, the car hesitated/jerked during 5-15mph cruise. It felt like going back and forth untill either I step on the gas or let off the clutch. This happens in the morning only, it seems to happen when engine is cold only. Tranmission is a litle sticky also in the morning, but works good when it warms up. I'm thinking of fuel filter/pump, but the symptom should get worse when I step on the gas and this is not the case. I tested the clutch it is slipping, and it's not. It's feels grabby but maybe that's how it is. Time to change tranny oil?

What do you guys the root couse of this?

Mine does this too... not sure if its a problem or a feature lol although mines more of a gentle rock then a jerk so maybe yours is more of an issue. Its fairly noticeable in 1st and slightly in 2nd not really on 3rd on up
Oh and mine is not slipping either

It is more a gentle rock, it's not like you're snapping your timing belt feeling or lose your tranny.

i think its just pretty normal then, maybe try releasing the clutch/gas slower to ease it a bit more

also a trans fluid swap never hurt no one

With a manual transmission, that's normal at low speeds in low gears, which are designed to bring you up to speed... not cruise at 15 mph. It can be frustrating in rush-hour traffic that's crawling bumper-2-bumper. You'll learn how to baby the accelerator to deal with it.

Don't sweat it, OP.
