2000 GXE HVAC - lost all fan speeds except high... solutions?

On the four position switch, off works, and when switching to low and medium I hear the heat or AC switch on, but there's no fan action until it gets to high... and high itself works fine. Anyone else have this happen on a base 5th gen HVAC setup? What's my path to a solution here?

Blower motor resistor. These are classic symptoms.

Just replaced the blower motor resistor on my dad's camry. He had the exact same problem, fixed it 100%. Was like 15 dollars

Can't recall, are they the same as the one's on the 5.5? If so, you can just remove resistor board, solder where it popped, and it'll work again.
