MAP numbers vs MAF numbers

MAP numbers vs MAF numbers
Hi all,
I have an '03, pretty faithful on maintenance, etc. It's been pinging since day one, I've (almost) always used premium. I had a friend hook up an OBDII analyzer, and everything looked kosher in his eyes, except the MAP numbers, which peaked at ~26 g/s at 2500rpm (MAF stayed around 3-5, regardless of engine speed).
Any thoughts? Unfortunately, it's not my equipment, so I can only gather so much info.

The MAP sensor on your car is integral with the ECM and only reads ambient pressure.......the only FSM spec. data is 4.4 volts with the Ign. sw. ON. The MAF spec. is 2-6 gm/sec at idle and 7-20 gm/sec at 2500 rpm.
