Strut mount bearing regreasing

Strut mount bearing regreasing
I was doing a lot of reading on the search forum and there are some threads discussing regreasing the strut mount bearing with lithium grease.
I have 100K on my bearings, what interval is the setup undone to regrease them. 30K, 60K or never.
I have hard power steering and I am suspecting binding on the top that may be if the grease got dried up. Also if I had to regrease I have to separate the two pieces of plastic and put some grease right, no grease goes on top of the bearing surfaces but only on the inside of the two plastic pieces.
Will mobil1 syn grease cut it... Expects chime in...

This is what I plan to use, this is the grease I totally trust, regreased my starter at 65K and have 197K and no sounds no nothing...

What interval it is recommended for regreasing...?
This is the first time I ever heard this being a maintainence item.. I cannot believe I have a sore back for more than 2 yrs with this lousy vehicle.

There is no recommended grease interval that I'm aware of. Strut bearings are not a maintenence item, they are a replace when worn item.
That said, I'm sure taking the time to clean and grease them every 25-50k would be a decent idea.
If you have coilovers, or struts/springs, or other extreme use, then they should be disassembled and cleaned more often.
