FlyWheel Question

I am thinking of changing my flywheel but cant find a write up anywhere, anyone know where one is? Also which would be my best option for a new lighter flywheel? And how much are my gains going to be?

Thanks

most people use the fidanza lightweight flywheel as an upgrade...i think its rated at a 12lb flywheel...but i purchases a Competition Clutch 10.26 lb flywheel...either way..from stock to a lightweight on THIS car...sooooooooooooo much better and quicker rev, love it
