How to remove rear bumper ?
Guys,
I tried searching, i couldnt find a tutorial...but...i got into a small bump...and need to pop the dent out of my rear bumper. its in the left corner, right where the bumper lines up with the tail lights. Any idea on how hard/easy ? i have been told that both rear lights have to be removed, and some misc clips. Any possible way to pop dent out without removal ?
appreciate anything !
Thanks !

Yes you do have to remove both tail lights because there are 2 clips under each tail light that hold the bumper in place. It is fairly simple but just takes time. Here's how...
First take out the screws and clips under the bumper. There should be about 4 screws and 2 clips total. Then go into your trunk and start removing the tail lights (there should only be 4 nuts on each light then just pry it out slowly with a screw driver. Remove the 2 clips under each tail light as mentioned earlier then you're almost done. There are two screws inside of you rear fenders (mine were gold screws and do the left one first cuz the screws are easily visible and you'll know what you're looking for cuz the right ones are hidden). Last but not least, there is one nut each on the inside corners of your trunk. Then you're done.
All you'll need is a flat head screw driver, a 10mm deep socket w/ extension, and an 8mm deep socket. It took me about 30 min to take it off cuz i had to figure it all out but only 20 to install it back on and EVERYONE knows that its harder to intall than to remove.

Takes about 20-30 minutes if you have some help - read above - its fairly simple - toughest thing I had was remembering the rear light sockets and which ones went where - just take some tape and mark them real quick - I would suggest having someone do it with you so the bumper isnt flexing awkwardly upon mounting it - good luck
