Found my P1336 crank pos. sensor problem. :)
So i work at a dealership and we got this used car in , low and bwhold it was a 2000 Maxima auto....it was in for a/c repairs so while it was in our shop just for sh*ts and giggles i swapped my crank pos. sensor with the used car's sensor and holy shat! it cranks right up every time!
So i located a crank position sensor from advance auto ( 91.00+ tax ) and installed it....
no more extended crank for me!!
just wanted to share since i am so happy now!

because a $90 guess wasn't in my budget.
i figured it was my flywheel, since the previous owner had said he had a new clutch and tranny installed, it didnt dawn on me to ask if he was having a problem before the clutch & tranny installation

yes i do, but the cost of that sensor was actually more w/ my discount than going to the auto parts store...
we have a Nissan dealership in our automotive group, but i got a price w/ my employee discount of $125....
sooooooooooo either 125 oem or 90 aftermarket. both with 1 year warranty
