Brake Job: Front brake rubbing

I did my brakes as usual and replaced the rotors and pads. The passenger side there is a distinct rubbing and slow speed scraping sound. The tranny on the right side is taking more time to rotate, something is definetly binding the side.

Bled brakes, changed bleeder screw, lubed nicely the pins. I find a small leak from where the bleeder screw mates with the caliper. Is it safe to use some teflon tape on the bleeder screws to prevent the leak.? I checked the caliper and piston work just fine.
