Vibration
Ok let's do this again. Everything in the front suspension was replaced. Car stil vibrating in the front. Wheels balance 4 times so wondering if the inner tie rods could be the problem. Ball joints and bushings checked.. so what could it be?

by any chance did they check the radial force variation on your tires?
if there is too much radial force on your tires you could also get a vibration.
iirc 26 lbs per tire is the max, any more than that it will vibrate, and you will need new tires, in most cases can be replaced under factry warranty as long as they record the # and submit that to the tire company

Same issue on drivers side but the bushings were fine. The actual rear post that went into the bushing broke at the internal weld. Same effect though.
To test for bad bushings/LCA, the front has to be on the ground to test. If you left the car, the force/weight of the wheels and suspension might not allow you to determine the actual issue.
Put your foot on the top of the tire and push towards the rear of the vehicle. If bushings/LCA are bad, you most likely will see that your wheel moves back and forth and you might even hear the clunking from it.
...good luck!
