Power seats not working properly?

Hi, I have a 2k2 maxima I believe it's the gxe. It's cloth interior. It seems like that heating part of the seat is not working properly or is it just me? On the driver seat it seems like only the back part of the heating is working but the butt doesnt seem to heat or maybe it does but not a lot of heat. Also, not long ago about 2-3 weeks the light bulb in the switch stopped working

As for the passenger seat, my gf says that only the butt heats up but not the back but then again, girls don't know what they're talking about lol. Any ideas as to what I can do to fix this issue?

replace the seats if you dont want to go through the hassle of replacing the heat core.
