Looks good-how about some full sun shots?

Cleaned up mine about 6 weeks ago, did quite a bit of polishing with my rotary (I have my own detailing business) since I really haven't done much other than wax it every month or two since I polished it out when I got it a couple years ago.

Polishing steps:

1. The hood, trunk lid and some areas on the sides I used Meguiars #105 using a yellow Meguiars polishing pad at 1000-1400 rpms.

2. Whole car with #205, again with a Meguiars polishing pad at 1000-1800 rpms, finishing out with light pressure at 1000 rpms.

Took these pictures after the above two steps since I'd probably lose the sun before the 3rd step.

Even though I could see no holograms from polishing, I still finished the car with 3M Ultrafina using a blue Ultrafina pad at 1000-1800-1000 rpms. This is the only shot that day after all three steps-you can see the shade at this point covers more than half the hood:

Wax:Carnauba Moose
Tires/fenderwells: Armor All

Took these pictures the next day:

Swirl free but you can see my paint isn't pefect-typical Nissan paint, chips pretty easily.

It's obvious you're proud of your ride and your detailing skills, Scott. (And with demonstratively good reason, your car is gorgeous.) But didn't you just totally ***** this kid's thread for your own strokes?

[edit] Scott, try some of that Back-to-Black on those little triangular side-view mirror plastic panels. It worked really, really well for me.

Looks good. I would pull off the yellow film and replace the fog bulbs with Nokya Hyper Yellow bulbs. I have them and they look great.
