Kudos buddy! I am scared as hell too to do that to my headlights but seeing that I am not the only one gives me a little more backnbone. Hehe!

To everyone afraid of sticking their headlights in the oven:
I've done it several times
1st time: CCFL angel eyes
2nd time: replaced CCFL angel eyes (stopped working, stupid crappy things)
3rd time: removed them (so many problems!!)
4th time: put in LED Orion V2 angel eyes (amazing!!)
5th time: opened passenger light 'cause I didn't use enough epoxy and one of the AAs came off. GYEAAHHHH!!

-anyway, my point is.. that I did this at temperatures between 200 and 220 and the times in the oven varied from 7 to 15 minutes. I haven't had any problems, though on the 5th time, I sealed the left headlight with some silicone sealant because I suspected there might not be enough of the factory sealant in one spot and didn't want condensation and/or leaks. Just grow a pair and do it, they'll be fine
