looks good, real clean. However, i'm favorable on it depending on car color. I'm assuming your letters were either black or gray and they obviously dont match well with your car versus a black or gray car. I rather keep them on my color car. But your car definitely looks clean and I see it as an improvement with sunlit

Nice towel.
I always wonder why people cover up their plates....considering when you're driving around, everyone can see them. It's not like your SSN or bank account password are on there, lol.

Someone posted a riced out Accord on another board and within 15 minutes, the owner's personal information was posted.

like I said though, your license plates are always visible, so if someone wants to use them to get your personal information....covering them in photos won't change the outcome....If someone posts anyone's personal information on here, they will be permabanned

to the OP : looks clean, did you use an hair dryer and what product used for removing the glue ? I'm thinking about removing the dealership's sticker
about the towel mod : I was thinking just like Irish about covering plates, but last summer, I got my boat stolen and I guess the internet may have made the job easier. At least now they wont have my address within 10 mins

Just Like Armon said, I used a hair dryer, floss, and Goo Gone. Just heat them up, work the floss all the way through, and they are off. I had alot of the backing tape left on my car after I took the badges off, but I just rolled it off with my fingers. After that you will have the dirty outline of the badges, just get a towel and wash it off. from my experience I really did not need the Goo Gone, but im sure its handy to have

I made the mistake of never covering my 93 turbo accord license plate up online and paid the price.
I listed it for sale on cb7tuner.com and never blacked out my plate.
I gave my address in the hope that someone would come by and take a look and buy it right there for cheap, well someone came by and looked at it alright.
In my own driveway at around 3am, someone went through the trouble of stealing the damn turbo, intercooler piping, etc from my car. My question is, why spend upwards of 30 mintues stealing pieces of a turbo if it would take less than 3 to break in and steal my whole car? Either way, i dont know if the event had anything to do with my posting of the car a few hours prior to the theft, but i have a strong feeling it had a part to play. You can never be tooooo safe ya know. Damn guy took a crowbar to my hood to pry it up when he could have opened the driverside door and popped the hood ( i never USED to lock my car) - im not saying you have to be overly protective, but be smart...

true, except for the fact that at the time 3 members of my family had black cb7 accords (90-93)...how did they know which one - i know what your saying, i have a feeling without the huge intercooler and lip kit they wouldnt have had any idea which one it was - it was my fault, but i understand where you are coming from

some forums will remove the pic of your car if your license plate is visible. Its so easy to look up plate numbers and find out where the car is located...its definitely not pointless imo
Sure when you drive everyone can see it but forums dont want to be responsible if a car gets stolen right after pics were posted with the license plate being visible...Im talking about local car forums also

the fact is that it is certainly easier for some sketchy characters to find more info on you if you leave your plate ## out in the open.
Gives us people some peace of mind that know what kinda useless people are out there.. as ScottWax said along with others.
Of course people see it when ur driving around.. but I do believe it would be easier to remember or copy when its posted right in front of you on a computer screen!! Right???
If you don't wanna cover your plate up .. then don't! But I wouldn't criticize others that do b/c it is certainly a good/easy idea!!!
