Seat belt thingy

My seat belt button( the one that keeps the male end from going to the floor)is gone. Has anyone ever replaced one of these? It's just a hassle to deal with it missing. Thanks to all who reads.

There was a TSB about this, NTB99-022C.

You can buy the stoppers individually:
87832-4P000, $3.45 each at Courtesy

The TSB also explains how to install it.

IIRC all safty belts are covered by a lifetime warrenty not sure if its just the belt section but you may want to call the dealer and see about it before buying a new one. Look in the warenty booklet I belive thats where I saw it.

Awesome info in this thread. My "button" didn't fall all the way off, but it is half broken and the leftover sharp edges are damaging all my shirts. I can't wait to get this fixed!
