I found a diagram for 2k2-2k3 O2 sensors but it seemed a bit different than the way mine is laid out, dunno if its different for california?

Any case, i recently had the mechanic change the bank 1 sensor 1 .. thats the sensor on the rear exhaust manifold up top right against the firewall.

Can someone confirm what color wire sheathing that sensor is supposed to have? The one the mechanic installed is blue, but I think blue is for the bank 2 primary sensor? Are these two sensors interchangeable (the front and rear) ? Since i got the car back, I've been getting about 10-20% less mileage than normal.

From what I understand, the primary sensors on your car are interchangeables. You might want to confrim this by shopping any online part store and see if the part# is the same.
