Car is driving real rough...even post oil change

Went to the dealership yesterday to get an oil change. My car has been driving a bit rough and hard for the past week, and whenever i pulled out the dipstick, it seemed to be FULL at sometimes....and sometimes it looked like it was BONE dry....

Anyways, Dealership CLAIMS that there are LEAKS everywhere, including the drive axle, trans pan, Power steering (hose changed), Oil cooler (i changed this) valve covers, oil pan and so on.

Anyways, that seems like every singe place is leaking, but it doesnt seem like it to me.

Besides that, The car has been rough in accelration. It sounds like something is stuck, or Oil is not reaching the right places. if a EGR is clogged does it do this ?

how's performance? (bets on cats)

The dipstick is notoriously hard to read. Best bet is to let the car sit on level ground and engine cool before you check. You can be leaking at all of those locations (common), but the rear valve cover definitely is (notorious too).

If it ran low on oil the engine may already be damaged, but if the perf is bad and the engine makes a lot of noise try to rev and you're not accelerating much, then the cats are toasted.

Well see, the way it is driving right now, feels just like how it felt like when the engine mounts shot. the mounts were replaced 2 months ago.

In regards to the CATS, all the pre cats have been gutted, so it cant be that.

I know my control arm on the pass side has a cracked bushing. Other than that my pass. rotor is warped, or is on its way there.

I gotta see the said oil leak locations again. I dont physically see anything coming out, but i know that i drop oil all the time, which also could be going all the way down.....
