Runs good so far . My 99 got totaled about 2 weeks ago and i could resist getting a 5th gen . I am gonna replace the headlights because it has alot of condensation in the right driver side headlight .

Bought my 03 SE 6spd with tint and 80k extended warranty on 03/04/2003 with 5500 miles for 20k OTD.
I've put on alot of miles the last few years, currently rolled over 74k.
Feels nice to have title in hand and the car runs great. Always 93 octane and mobil 1. Love the max

'03 SE auto, leather, moon roof had 62k when purchased in Phoenix. $14.5k
car has never given me a problem. has 99k miles on it now. drive this car to Phoenix and back to OKC a lot (~2000 miles round trip) and get ~28 mpg.

Bought my TE 6 speed with leather, sunroof and only 25k miles in June of 2007 for way too much. I paid 14K plus taxes and fees. It was the only 6 speed with leather and sunroof I could find with decent miles. All the leather and sunroof ones were automatic, and all the 6 speeds were cloth interior. But it was owned by a 70 year old retired DR that had his knees replaced and couldn't drive a stick anymore, he traded it for a new GMC Denali. So even though I paid too much I am happy with it. Just turned 59k miles and not 1 problem. (Knock on wood)

I bought my 2001 maxima SE in February of 2006 with 65,000 miles for 14,000 dollars. It was a fully loaded automatic black on black and was in immaculate condition. Now it is 2009 and the car still runs beautiful, never brought it to the dealer once and I've only had the same problems that most commonly appear with most maximas such as ball joint, hub bearing, and ignition coil. The exterior's condition looks fresh out of the factory still for some reason. I'm not sure why the paint stayed so beautiful through all these years, I am not garaged and I drive on the highway every single day. I'm not complaining one bit.

I have a 2000 loaded gle with 93k i payed 4500 craigslist (a guy from cerritos) not salvaged, dealer serviced owner put 15k down and payed the car off in 2002

Found mine on autotrader $6400 back in Feb 06 with 138,xxxMi. I wish I had gotten a carfax prior though. It was my first time financing so I was a bit, how do you say... DUMB. Live and learn right.

2 weeks ago I purchased my 2003 gle maxima for $9500 out the door
It has 86k miles, is in great shape and is loaded. I just hope this max will be just as reliable and be low maintenance like my 99 gle. I just can't seem to part with my other max. I know i overpayed for my max but I just fell in love with it when I drove it and I had to have it.
