Tachometer lighting problems ???

Okay, during slightly colder weather, let's say anywhere from 60 degrees or lower temps, my tachometer lights take a while to light up after headlights have been put on at night (or day). The gas tank and speedometer lights will usually take 10 or 15 minutes to kick on or it will be the rpm / engine temp lights! They usually go back and forth, I guess it depends on the days it feels like acting up! Anyone experience this problem or have a fix for it? Lately my rpm/engine temp tach lights do not come on at all at night when headlights are on! Yes I made sure the inside light switch for interior lights is in the "ON" position! Just a weird problem I am experiencing! Wondering how hard it may be to repair or even change to brighter tach display lights?

i experience something like that.. it started out with just the heat/ac directional buttons (the buttons that control where the heat and a/c go.. head, feet, defroster, etc).. those would take a while to light up at night some times.. but now at random times when i turn my lights on, my tachometer will not be illuminated and it will take about 10 or 15 minutes before it decides to light up and join the rest of the dash... anybody know what causes this?

i have been having a similar problem, with 2 of the buttons of the climate control...they stopped coming on. I'm wondering if the bulbs are blown or is there some other problems.

Not sure what the problem/cause or fix would be! This evening I went to put my headlights on and now the darn gauge lights work fine! I notice it more in cooler weather temps like around 60 or cooler! The Max never used to do this before up until about a year ago, last fall turning over to winter and then in the winter, summer, and spring months the dash lights are totally fine! Weird but annoying problem but I guess I'm learning to deal with it! I would really like to know what may cause this problem though? Any ideas/suggestions?

ok, i guess that this is a warning sign of something going permanently bad, because now my tachometer and coolant temp. gague don't light up at all anymore.. i need to find a way to get inside there and change the bulb.. i hope that's all it is... anybody else have experience with this issue?

no..even I start the car at 44F in the morning, the lights still come up.
but I think it must be a bad connection of wires. just like the BOSE CD Player

my problem is not related to temperature.. but now the right side of the dash (tachometer and coolant temp. gague) does not work at all.. u think its the wires and not a bulb?
