Fuel Pump Relay Location

Sorry for the noob question, but does anyone know where I can find the Fuel Pump Relay on the 5th Generation (2002, 6sp) Max? Does the 5gen have a Fuel Pump Relay? I found the Fuel Pump Fuse but not the Relay.....

thanks,
Martin

It is with the relays near the driver's side headlight. It's one of the front relays.

Which one? "RAD FAN 3", "INHIBIT", "MOTOR" "ENGINE CONTROL" "RAD FAN 2" OR "RAD FAN 1"?

Send a message via AIM to Coodawg
I know this is an old thread, but did you ever find the relay? I can't find it on my 2001 anniversary edition.

i think im having the same issue. my car cranks and begins to catch, but the second that ignition catches, it dies. sounds like it might not be getting fuel. and thoughts?

the location of the fuel pump relay for an 03 is right under the hood release to the left of where your foot rest is. you will need to remove the plastic cover, a sticky rubber cover and a metal bracket . im also having issues with my 03 it wont start so i have been thru this process i put a new pump checked relay n fuse still no start. i sprayed starting fluid into the intake manifold and the car started which led me to believe is a fuel system problem and not electrical. does anyone know if 03 use fuel pressure regulator and where is it located?
