^^ I like the debadged-look but I hate the fact that if I removed the badges, even more people would be calling it an altima than there already are....And spending money ON badges is that last thing I should worry about right now! lol. I like yours a lot though. Are your other ones smoke in color like that?

LA02MAX- The only other thing on the trunk is the hamburger and that's smoked the same color.

Brandon, for sure you'll see it in a month....and my 3.5 isn't burning oil, at least not yet...

Irish - I think you're just jealous...

I actually like it, I'm not one for badges most of the time, as I have debadged my car except for the burgers front and back. But I like this, pics further back please? Also of said smoked burger... very interested in that.

do the research like we did
like i said in my thread, it took me weeks of research to find ones that were the same font and size as the stock badges. ordered from 5 places to check them out in person before i found the perfect ones.

And I bought them from the second place I found. The font is actually different than sooners, but with no other letters on the car, it didn't need to match anything. I thought they were very easy to find online.

Just give him the info. It's not like it'll kill you....There have been several people contribute small things like this that make a difference. Example: Just look at housecor's site...he has a bunch of information such as where to get clear lenses for your headlights, nissan part numbers, a collection of information on springs/struts, etc. If you're going to bring something new to the table, at least provide some info on it instead of saying "find it yourself" as if it meant anything...

bottomline...i thought of the idea of doing the A33 badging. i will admit that i dont want every other maxima copying me and doing it. its unique and i want it to stay that way.
if someone wants to do it...i cant stop them. but im not going to make it easier.

if it was something else, i would share (as i have many times!). i was one of the first to change my HU/climate control to blue and i shared that information.

Hold on a second, now you're not making any sense...you don't want anyone to 'copy' your idea (even though that's what you and I have done several times on our cars - copy other's ideas) yet you start a thread about it? Seems a little off to me...like you said, regardless if you tell them or not, people are going to use the same idea. So you might as well help them out...at least that's how I see it...

You want a cookie now?

I mean, what do you expect when you bring it to the forum to share to all (all because you want to show off your little "skillz")???

I suggest in the future if you want toremain unique and not have people copy your ideas, then dont go around showing them off...(like you do with everything else)....

I also suggest that when you present information or "ideas" to the forum, then you should also be prepared to answer questions that come with it....WITHOUT being a c*cksucking a$$hole!!

Anyways, the bottom line truth is... you seriously need to consider stepping down off your high horse, and lighten up a bit....If you want to share something with us, thats fine.....

IF YOU DONT, THATS FINE TOO....It wont break our hearts "soonerfan", i promise!

And by the way, I personally think the "A33" badging is quite stupid as it will only lead you to other stupid people you asking.......

Der, der, der...

Is that an Audi????

i was torn with whether or not to post about it...but then i realized that im a man and if i cant show it off, its not quite as cool.

if someone wants to do it...fine. but i did a lot of research to get to right ones. im not going to spoon feed someone who wants to copy me.
everyone getting the same intake is one thing. i came up with this idea and i would like to be unique with it.

its a respect thing...respect the fact that i want to be unique with this. other people have come if with unique ideas like this and i feel its disrespectful to copy them...especially when its clear they dont want everyone doing it.

i feel that the A33 is unique, classy, and smart. not to hurt feelings, but i dont want every 18 year old ricer with an ugly car doing it.

again...people can do it if they want...but im not going to help you do it. i have that right
