Replaced IACV now idle is FUBAR

I've had a CEL light for P0505 for awhile now and finally got around to installing a brand new IACV unit. Now my idle revs from ~1000 RPM - ~2000 RPM in park and around 1100 in drive. I didn't touch the TPS when I was replacing it so that shouldn't be an issue. I cleared the codes and performed the idle relearn with still no change. Anyone have this issue before?

Bump. If this was a vac leak, wouldn't the RPM bounce in drive too?
