Anyway to make seats heat up faster?

That won't even work because Nissan seats don't turn on unless your sitting in the seat. The heated seats in Nissan's are pretty worthless because you still have to sit in a cold seat and by the time they heat up your butt has already warmed the seat up on it's own.

my seat problly takes about 5 minutes or so before i feel it getting warm =/ but my steering wheel gets warm after 15-20 seconds or so. so cal weather don't get as cold as other states so i hardly use the heated seats. tho the heated steering wheel comes in handy for those cold mornings when my hands are cold. i noticed when my hands are warm the rest of my body feels warm so i don't need the heated seats hah

It is a safety precaution and you should NOT mess with it.
In regards to the original question. NO there is not really a SAFE way to do this. you can lock the weight sensor to get the seats to heat without you in them, but you may want to consider the reprecussions for this. I have NO IDEA how the circuit is set up, but if it doesnt care if you are in the seat you may bypass a safety switch. i dont know. RESEARCH this first.

Hire a homeless guy to start your car and sit in it while you get ready, so they warm up for you...
I would also get a lot of air freshner, homeless guys tend to smell like poop.

I have family and friends who have owned Ford's, Mazda's, VW's, and Honda's with heated seats and none of them required someone to be in the seat before it would start to heat up. It makes the heated seats pointless. Same thing goes for my wife's Mercury, we turn on the switch and come back a few minutes later to a nice toasty seat.
