Get Hawk HPS, the best all around brake pad for the Maxima.

The red and green stuff pads have had some big complaints about noise and tons of brake dust.

EBC Redstuff are more of a track/competition pad. If you're deadset on EBC, get the greenstuff for street use. The redstuff temperature range requires that they be heated up pretty good before they bite well....

Frankly, though, Hawk HPS are superior for street use...
