Point taken...but I would like to know how Front Strut Bar is abbreviated FTSB and Front Sway Bar is abbreviated FSB? Who came up with this as the abbreviating system for maxima.org mods? Seems to me there is no reason why FTSB could not be the Front Sway Bar and FSB could be the Front Strut Bar. They are both compiled from 3 words so how do you get an additional letter in the Strut Bar?

Either way you know exactly what I am talking about...it's still a broken piece of pot metal that needs to be replaced with a real FTSB (if you insist).

So what your saying is that The Law had the information incorrect in his post, based on org abbreviations and wanted to flame me on the org with the wrong information, as well.. It should be FTSB not FSTB. Now it is all starting to make sense.

NO, you still have it backwards like THE LAW. It's FSTB which stands for Front Strut Tower Brace. It's a tower brace, not a strut brace. Puppetmaster had it right.

Damn you're harsh on the nOObs. You should really advocate for the .org to be split. One forum for nOObs, and an "advanced forum" for you vets. Make it 1000 posts to become an advanced member. Then you vets could come to our weak forum and point us in the right direction and go to your forum and be at peace without the bother of us nOObs. I think this would work!

Why'd you bother getting another FSTB when you're parting out the car?

haha, not exactly...but i love how my falkens perform...after 500 miles, they still ride and corner great...and let me tell you, straight line acceleration & deceleration is great! i actually went to the track last week...and with 225 width tires and stock pressure, i was affraid of spinning too hard...since my previous track setup was 245 width and 25psi...so i launched at 2k and BAM...it bogged out like crazy! thats how grippy these tires were! also the 1-2 shift, i had NO wheelspin...it was crazy...just a mild chirp, and i was on my way...

I can't speak for the fleabay FSTBs, but you can feel the Otto does make the front end feel tight.

$12!!! If you find somebody selling an Otto RSTB anywhere near that let me know.

the front end does feel tighter during high speed turns! even at low speed (25mph turns in 2nd gear) i can feel somewhat of a difference....but the high speed ones, woohoo!@!

i have a ebay, 'white carbon fiber look' aluminum ftsb for $20, no clearance issues with either hood or windshield wiper fluid piping, looks clean & pretty, turn in's quicker and more stable, solid feeling. and like all ftsb, it was easy to install.

go spend an extra $50 if you want, in fact go spend an extra $$$$$$ however much you want if that will make you feel better about your purchase, whos gonna stop you?

imo, 20 bucks for a solid product is allright

thanks to steven88 for his imput and experience the falken 512's, might have to get new tires soon.
