OK, I want to pick up a new shift **** for my 2000 SE 5 speed. These are the 2 I'm looking at

and

Does anyone have either ****, or recommend one over the other? How about any other *****?

Also, does anyone have the Fidanza short shifter? Is it worth it?

Not really an opinion... but a buddy of mine has a Mazda MX6 and needed a new shift ****. Ended up getting one off of Ebay that is for a 2006 Mustang 5 speed... looks badass (for a stock shifter)

I have read on other forums that weighted shift ***** (such as the first choice) help offset the knotchiness acquired for those who have shortened their shifters.

If it came in black or grey I'd go for it based on your interior pics otherwise I'd look for something more aesthetically pleasing, perhaps something less cromey.
