led's at radio shak

i'll get the number out to u soon i just have to find it.. but just go there and look for a 5vlt blu led.. when u take apart the switches b careful.. lil ball barings r inside of them.. and iu loose one.. your screwed.. so waitch it.. when u get the led. its a white rubber mold.. that holds the led in place, ontop of a 2 copper rods.. take the white mold of and take out the stock led.. and put in the new blu one.. but in the mold there is a small fuse in it DON"T LOOSE IT! make sure the plus is on that side touch'n the fuse.. after that.. put it bac on the cooper rod and your cool as blu.. haha.. ok nm.. but it looks really good.. u need like 9 led's for the swap out.. there at radio shak for 2.99 a led.. so there u go.. have fun.. and DON"T LOOSE NE THING!!!!!!!!!

I had heard that the 5th gen switches use surface mount leds for the power window switches. The 4th gen used regular leds that you could desolder and replace.

If I heard wrong, however, and the 5th gen leds can be replaced, then I have my next mod.

This site has some nice leds

You may need a resistor with some of the leds to match the output from the board.
