They don't rub at all. They tuck in very nicely.
The car pulls a lot stronger after about 3500 RPM.
I'm dyno tuning Tuesday and will have better feeling about it once I get the AFR straight and see the gains on paper.
I'll post the charts from my last dyno and this one next week.

Looks great. Does it rub against anything? How do you like the extra power?
My hotshots actually touch the rear quarter of the oil pan area but it doesn't make any audible noise so I wasn't worried. It was funny when I was doing the install in my garage floor I hung the front & rear collectors from the heads loosely as instructions say. I then positioned the y-pipe in place to get a feeling how everything was lining up. I was cursing thinking dam this sh it ain't gonna fit. But as I bolted the y on and started tightening all the upper head bolts it all began to come together and that 2 bolt bracket on the ypipe that meets the upper oil pan came into alignment. At that point I was surprised but very pleased at the same time. This proved to me that Hotshot painstakingly has fitted this precisely for our 3.5's.
god those are sweet. i really like hotshots design much better than stillens. and yeh what about the o2 sensors where are they? what about pics of the headers you have awesome pics of the y-pipe? did you heat wrap any part of it and c'mon a fram filter.

I tried to get some pics of the headers from under the car but they didn't come out good. I'm going to get some from the top later.
The o2 sensors are coiled up with their wires and zip tied to the radiator hose. I didn't get the sim in time so I tied them out of the way expecting to get a code. 6 days later with no sim or sensors and still no code.

How noticable is the extra power? How many ppl and how long did it take??
Very noticable difference, it seems to get better over time (as the car re-learns), I would say a few weeks. As said above, 3500rpms seems to be the majical # for them, you really start to feel the car pull harder and harder.
Between the top end power and the sound, you will be burning through gas quite a bit quicker.
The bolt on the flange was kind of a b!tch. I Put everything together then dropped the crossmember. That let me get to the top bolt and turque it down.
I did it alone on jackstands in my garage with hand tools. I worked all day and night but I also installed a new clutch and Fidanza aluminum flywheel at the same time.
I thought the header job might be easier with the tranny out so I did them together. It didn't really make any difference to either job. The header install wasn't too bad. Doing both jobs was too much. I finished very late and it really kicked my a$$. I drove the car to work the next morning though.
The power feels great. I've heard different stories about how the ECU reacts and that the car feels stronger every day for a week or two till it's all sorted out. That seems to be the case here. Tonight when getting on the highway the car felt like a rocket. I'm really pumped about it. Especially since it hasn't even been dyno tuned yet.
They definately make these still. I ordered them from "Sport compact only". They had the best price and offer a discount for Org members. They aren't listed on the website but they sell them. They took them off the site because they don't really like dealing with Hotshot. They sometimes tend to fall behind on production and ship orders late. It took about a month and a half to get them. Others have gotten them in a few days. It's just hit or miss. The price and quality were worth the wait though. I would definately order these again.

Anyone know why HS welded that bar on top of the downpipe near the flex section?
Yeah, I know. I couldnt get everything to line up together with the hanger in place. I bolted everything together thinking I would hook it to the hanger when I was done. In the picture the metal rod is below the hanger but I've got it through the hanger now.

I'm under the impression that the ECU will fix the fuel trims within 15-20 mins of driving after the install and for +40% WOT it doesn't matter because the ECU doesn't tune then. You could technically dyno it shortly after installation.

I assumed the same thing as you. After you tighten everything up, however, it is really hard to get the metal piece into the rubber hanger.

Srpay some lube on it and use a long screwdriver to stretch the hanger over the rod. It tightens up the mounting some but I don't think it will cause problems if you don't use it.

I forgot to mention that I did almost exactly that after I tightened up all the bolts. The only thing different is I didn't use lube.
