Newbie 02 questions, INSPECTION FAILED

I have a 2001 Maxima SE, I pulled a P0158 Bank 2 Rear 2, I cleared it and it pops up after 30 miles. My inspection is expired today and it will not pass in NY.

1) Do I need to Replace both Rear o2 sensors?
2) If I replace sensors do I need to reprogram ECM?
3) I can not find a good online vendor for OE type O2 sensors, if you have any let me know?
4) Autozone has Before or after Cat and before or after rear converter? Is the P0158, after cat and after rear converter?

Thanks

1) Replace O2 at Cat
2) No need to reprogram ECU, once new sensor is in, reset ECU and ECU will re-learn itselt after a few drive cycles and adjust to new sensor.
3) Call Dave B. He is good in getting us Max owner's what we need. 1-888-254-6060.
4) Not sure what Autozone has, but you're better buying OEM from Nissan.

To be precise, P0158 is for the Bank 2 (front) Sensor 2 (rear/downstream/after pre-cat). It is the red harness.

(Diagrams are from the O2 sensor TSB)

Like Mixxmax said, replace that sensor, clear the codes, and drive around for a bit. I think it takes a while for the codes to clear. And yeah, Dave B can overnight you an O2, only thing is, its Thankgiving week so I'm not sure how that works. If you really need one desperately, just get a generic from an auto parts place for the time being.
