Aluminum dash pics

I plan on getting a dash kit soon but I'm not sure which one to get. Can you all post as many pics and links to pics of aluminum dash kits as you can. And if possible where you got them and which one it is.
Thanks a million!
Matt

Get a molded kit. Bit more expensive than flat kit but will look better.

That's because it is. Granted it is not as classy as the molded, it makes the interior look a lot less drab than it did stock. I wouldn't go so far as calling it cheap, although it I did have the cash I would have gotten the molded.

Flat pieces you have to bend them in order to make them fit on certain areas. Does not look good IMO. Spend a little more and get the molded kit. Trust me.

It says the molded kit comes with flat dash accents. Which pieces do those consist of?

Sorry for posting a newb question even though I have been here 4 years. To me the molded kits look like fake aluminum (glossy plastic appearance) while the flat kits are real aluminum. Are the more expensive molded kits, real molded aluminum? Can someone use a REAL digital camera and take pics of an expensive molded kit?

The kit from Woodtrim.com is brushed aluminum and has 20 pieces as oppoed to the 9-piece kit previously mentioned. And the 20-piece kit is only about $20 more than the 9-piece kit. Would have been nice for Woodtrim.com to post a pic of an installed kit though. Plus they don't specify if its flat or molded.

most likely flat kit for $20 more. Haven't seen molded kit w/ more than 9 pieces

Not hard at all.. just took some patience. I tried it without the adhesive exposed, and layed it down a few times to see how it would fit. Took the tape off and put it down with no problems.

I'm afraid that if you got CF flat kit and try to bend it, CF would snap in half

The material that my kit is made of is extremely pliable. I don't think CF can bend in on itself...
