R.I.P. Kloogy's Pearle Max.......
I'll have pictures later, but my girlfriend was at a red light waiting to make a left turn, and a 2003 Trailblazer plowed into the back of my Maxima at 45-55 mph. She was rushed to the hospital, and is ok. I will have pictures later, that Maximadave took.....My car is totalled, ..... I cant even open the passenger side doors.....the rear windshield is shattered, and the side windows too......Im so pissed off right now, I cant even think straight. I will update you guys later.....

NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooo!!! I am so sorry man! You know how much I was obsessed about that max! I am so glad that your GF will be okay, 45-55 mph is no joke... What happened to the person who was driving the blazer? Today indeed is a sad day!

Wow what a shame. Your GFs safety is really outstanding. I hope that you get your money out of this car. With some much aftermarket stuff the insurance could really hit you hard. If it was me i'd buy an 04 leftover. They are really giving those things away right now. Get a black/black w/ black polished lip wheels. You'll make the best of it I'm sure. Good luck and God bless!

That Fookin Sucks!!! You max was one of the first white maximas that I looked at to get an idea of what mine would look like. I absolutely loved the way yours looked! Glad to hear the the girl is alright, which is the most important thing. I'll poor out some of my 40 for you.

Wow! Glad the G/F is OK. I too will bow to the looks of your max! I wanted white so friggen bad, but couldent pass up the deal I got on Black. May She(your max) Rest in Peace after she's been parted of course!

Damn That sucks, Gio...
Glad you and your girlfriend are ok though!
I know what it's like... losing the Max in an accident...
hopefully you had your aftermarket stuff covered under insurance... if not, don't let them bastardos keep your car until you're able to take all the aftermarket stuff off (you'll have to replace the stock stuff though).
let me (or tony) know if we can be of any help...
PS - time to start looking for a new Max... took me 2 months to get my 2002...

glad to hear your GF is ok, now that you've learned your lesson with Nissan go get a G35c and enjoy real service. My buddy gets a rental G35 for the day when he takes his FX in for service/oil changes....must be nice.

Glad to hear your lady wasn't seriously hurt. In a contest between my car and my girl, my girl will win out every single time. The car can be replaced, but you did so many things to it, for some a$$hat to come and wreck it.
Buena suerte mano!
Fernando
p.s. If the suv that caused the wreck has insurance, their insurance OWES you what the car is worth. You aren't obligated to put the car back in stock condition. The going back to stock thing only applies for your OWN insurance, where unless you buy accessory/aftermarket coverage they won't pay for your a/m stuff anyway...Your own insurance would most likely treat it as an OEM value...
pm me if you have any questions about the insurance claims process bro.

I'm really sorry kloogy, I won't be the first one to say that your car made me love white Maxes! I can't believe it... I know any amount they give you back would not make up for all the effort you've put into this car. Glad your girlfriend is okay, that's an immense shock to go through.
Cuidense los dos y suerte, and I agree with blubyu...

Yes, ditto to your car, but more importantly the safety of your g/f, and the tragic to you. I feel your pain, and I hate seeing things like this happen to a good person. You've been of great assistance and motivation to me and other org members back in the day and presently. I wish you the best of luck in any decision you make, and won't forget that you were one of the first inspirations along with many others here. Take care brotha!

Ijole carnal.... Sorry to hear about the accident.. I'm glad your GF is fine, and that she didn't get seriously hurt. The max can be replaced, but get the other ****** for the damaged she caused to your ride. Good luck.

Wow, I cant believe the support from you guys. I appreciate it. I went to see the car at the towing yard, and I truely had to turn away and come back home, I really cant deal with seeing my Max like that. It still really hasnt hit me fully, what just happened. Im just happy that my girl has left the hospital, and she is home resting . She's pretty banged up, but thats it. I called my insurance as well as the a-hole's.......He was in the same emergency room as her, and I really wanted to go over and beat him to a bloody pulp. The way he hit her, he rear ended the car into the opposite oncoming lanes, and she could've been killed . Oh, well, we move on....its gonna hit me soon, and thats gonna really suck...

WOW! The guy must not have been paying attention. I wish your girlfriend a fast recovery and hope she has no long term pain as a result. Hopefully the other guy's insurance will give you credit for all mods and you can sell what's salvageable and get a nice G35 Coupe. Once again, best wishes.

Giovanni woke me up at 6:30 this morning and told me what happened. I was totally speechless and said, "I'm on my way". I rushed over to the scene where the ambulance took away Gio's gf. Here are the pics that I took. Sorry if some seem out of focus since I was driving and shifting plus shooting pics at the same time.
