Pro-flow aftermarket MAF sensor
Check out these guys

I'm not 100% sure these would work, but I think they will. I've sent them an email to find out for sure. $210 is one hell of a lot better than $400+ for OEM.
Not only are they cheaper, look here

12 hp gain with a new MAF for $210. Doesn't sound like a bad deal at all. They are also programable.

Pro Flow, makers of Pro M meters
Guys,
This outfit is top notch. Amost any car that uses a MAF - these guys can make a meter for it. They custom calibrate every meter for your car according to your injector size and your ECU requirements.
They also make a meter called a Univer, which does not have a sample tube in it for the MAF sensor. Instead, it has a series of sampling holes drilled around the periphery of the inside of the meter. It flows very well, but it's expensive.
Check the import section

From what I read on their page, it is converting AFM's (air flow meter) to hot wire MAF's which we already have. An AFM is what is also called vein meters. How they work is that their is a flap that physically moves as the air passes though it. More air will move the flapper or vein more (like a weather vein).
We already have what they sell.
HKS had a product like this years back, the VPC or Vein pressure converter. It works the same way, but it converted AFM to MAP and IAT like a Honda motor. Most of the stand alone engine management computers will use MAP and IAT to measure air.
