Funny Noise

I recently started noticing a noise. Sounds like a power antenna going down, and it comes from the passenger footwell.(2K SE, no bose)

Any ideas?

is this with the car on or off...driving or idling? I had a sound like that in my old Accord...it was related to the ABS brakes....not sure what is over there on the Maxima....

Sounds like the noise I had on my car. It would happen everytime I would turn the key to the on position and when I would shut the car off. It was the electronic motor mounts. Dealer fixed it under warranty.
