Why are RH C3 rims lookin' so HOT???

...All of a sudden? Is it just me? I must admit I saw an Acura 3.0TL (97' or '98?) w/ kit and slammed springs (must have rolled the fenders) and had these pimp 18" R3... It was lookin' hot. Do any Max folks that have lowering springs have these? What offset are they in 18"x8" trim??? Pics???

The thing that sucks about RH's is that they are only 7.5" wide.

Actually I have heard from more than one person that RH Evolution is not made by Racing Hart or even a division of Racing Hart. Places like Wheelmax take advantage of the similar names to help sell more RH Evos by associating them with Racing Hart. But they are not even remotely related.

Ask SweetSound2001 if you think I am lying........

Andy I really think we got some kind of telepathic thing going
That is the reason i just recently sold my RH evolution C-5000
I love the way they look from far, but when you get near the car you see the rim is too deep inside the fender. you probably can get wheel spacers to make them look more flush to the fender, but then it's still 7.5 wide

Dang I like the way you lower your car with 18 inch Racing Hart rims. It tuck under the fender.. Also I already order the 2k Stillen Aero Lip for my 2k2 Maxima and wait for income tax to get CF hood.. So anyway why you sold your rims?

...Yeah but you can still safely get 245/40r18 on the 7.5" wides can't you? Thats all I would care about. The .5" less wide actually would save weight, even though it may not mount as flush. However as long as the 245/40 will fit without safety issues I would still get the 18x7.5's...

The mod bug is biting...

You can't even safely put a 235 on there, let alone a 245.......

im not arguing with you about the safetly issue, but it seems ridiculas that you can't throw on 235's. whats the point of big rims without big rubber?

...Yeah but people put 235 safely on the 17x7 stock rims... I have a hard time believing you can't at least put a 235 on a 7.5...

I recently installed 235/40-18 tires on 18x7.5 inch rims. I believe that is the widest size tire you can have mounted on a 7.5 inch rim.

You won't find a tire manufacturer that will recommend a 235/40/18 tire on a 18x7.5" wheel. I'm sure that tons of people are riding on them, but it isn't within spec.

That is exactly why I don't understand why 80% of 18" wheels are only 7.5" wide.
