Check out this dealer experience! (and an ECU update done)
SO I drop off my 2k2 this morning for the ECU update and an oil change. Had a free wash coupon but decided to wait because there was rain forcasted for this weekend...
They give me a ride to work and I come back at 3:30. They applied the ECU fix (works fine), changed the oil, and went ahead and gave me the full wash service inside and out. THEN: As I get out my credit card, he says "No charge, Jeremy. It's warranty! You took care of me on the last survey (when they fixed my hood vib with no problems), and I'll take care of you." I was in shock! What a good day. I just asked to have the TSB applied and took him for a ride and he said NO PROBLEM.
BTW: This was Jerry's Nissan in Weatherford, just west of FtWorth/Dallas. Service rep was David. Cool experience!!!
