Motivational Mounts for 5th gen

Well, this past weekend I tried using the 4th gen mounts on my 5th gen with no luck. It appears that despite the evidence collected, the mounts really are different, particularly the spacing between the bolts which are about 1" further apart and the bolt diameter. Since it is no longer an option to use 4th gen mounts, I'll return to the idea that sparked my interest in trying these out in the first place, who would be interested in having a set made. I can't find the original thread, but I believe NikaL had discussed with Mike the possibility of having a set made for us if we get some minimum number of people together. I just want to gauge interest again. Thanks.

I am definitely interested in this.

What kind of bumps stops are used in this setup?

Would using Koni or KYB bumpstops further increase travel?

You can reuse the stock bump stops or you can get a set of Koni bump stops from them. I believe the aftermarket bump stops increase suspension travel a little bit, but the major factor affecting travel is the redesigned mount.

Is there a coil bind issue with these?

These are Strut mounts, not engine mounts.

As for coil bind, I don't know.
