Sunroof has mind of its own
Both days this past weekend I'm driving and all of a sudden my sunroof starts opening on its own. It freaked me out since we'd just had a snowstorm and I thought for sure some snow would start falling in. Fortunately it opened to the tilt setting and not the slide-back one, and most of the snow on the roof had already been blown off.
I've owned the car (2k2 SE) for a little over a year now, and it's happened 4 times total - twice last spring, and then the two times this weekend.
Has anyone else experienced this before? What could cause the thing to open? Condensation on the electronics?

Here is a bulletin which may apply...
NTB02-088 dated 9-1-02 addresses the very problem you are describing with the sunroof, seems there may be a faulty sunroof switch and the fix is to replace the switch with part # 25450-5y710.
This bulletin will apply for your vehicle if your car was built before...
(w/SRS side airbags) JN1DA31A33T417593
(w/out SRS side airbags) JN1DA31D23T512639
Hope this helps and good luck!
