Stupid kids!! (sorta long)

I was on my lunch break today when I had a run in with a couple of high school punks in a riced out Civic. I was chllin at a light, bumpin some 50 cent, when they pulled up next to me. I was minding my own business when they started revving their engine like crazy. I guess they wanted to race. I wasn't in the mood so I let them take off. I accelerated normally and they still couldn't pull on me. When they got ahead of me, they slowed down for me, and took off (if you can call it that) again. This happened for about a couple of blocks until we hit the next light. They pulled next to me and started talking smack about how I was a big ***** for not racing and that they could burn me. anywho, I ignored them until the point that I couldn't take it anymore. I told them I would give them a two second head start and would still beat them. They laughed at me, the light turned green, they took off, I waited two seconds, accelerated at a medium pace (never went above 50 mph or 4000 rpm) and still passed them. They once again pulled up on me and asked me what I was running. I told them I dropped a 350 Chevy crate motor with a 150 shot NOS along with Posi-Trac REAR differential. This is were it gets good. The driver told me that his buddy had done the same thing to his Maxima and that I needed to be more creative because "I was sweatin his dogg". What a bunch of idiots! It worries me that the future of our country lays in the hands of people like that.

I would've told them to put a couple more stickers on their car and come back.

what does that even mean?

I once raced a guy in a Corolla Type R (or S, I forgot) and told him I'd only use half the gears and let him pick, even or odd. His buddy in the passenger seat started laughing and the driver got ****ed and jumped the red light and took off. I still giggle like a little girl when I get to that light

Further proof of the need for retroactive birth control.

It means that his buddy was running the same setup and I should be creative and come up with my own setup (even though it does not exist). By the way, I listen to easy jams in the winter when my windows are down and listen to rap in the warm months to get the attention of the ladies!

Wait...I dont see the joke. I thought everyone here had at least a 350 bored over .030 with 4:10's in their Max. I know I do, and my Maxima IS rear wheel drive.

By the way, you were lucky. After all, those civics are hell on wheels!

I'm so glad to hear that I'm not the only one running that setup. You'll be surprised what RWD and a 350 do to a maxima. the other day, i ran against a Lingenfelter Vette (850 hp) and beat him by 2 car lengths. My next project is to drop my old 3.0 VQ into my john deere lawn mower and take it to the track. What do you guys think?
