2001-2002 (Maybe 2003?) BOSE Subwoofer Driver (w/ NEW RELAY!)

For sale is a Bose Subwoofer Driver Assy. This has just been professionally repaired by me. The faulty relay that causes the infamous subwoofer cutout has been replaced with a quality panasonic model.

$25 Shipped!

This WILL fix your Bose Subwoofer Cutout problem. Pics can be found in this thread:

thought of trying your walkthrough on replacing the relay, but for the cost ...its worth it to me to buy one that is already done.

This is probably the amp that's sandwiched in the sub assembly, with the relay fixed on its board. I had to fix mine, but not properly like this. I did the ghetto cheapo fix and so far it's held, but for how long, who knows...

how long has it been since you've done the repair?

i'd much rather have one properly repaired but if need be i will go that route.

Stealership wants ~$750 for a new amp...they parts guy was afraid i was going to hang up on him after he told me the price

I believe I did the repair in Feb. or March so what, 7 or 8 months? It was a thread in the 5th Gen section, but I do have to apologize to the OP for thread-jacking. Yours is the best solution.
