4th and 5th gen have the same real nissan part# (courtesy's are made up). I have a 4th gen one that was repaired better than new with steel plate and nuts welded on, $75 p/u, or I have 1" x 1/8th" square tubing that I can weld from tow hook to tow hook, completely unboltable (If you need to remove engine crossmember in the future). $150 out the door, cut, welded, and painted while you wait, I've done about 5 like this and everyone has been happy.
