Now that the Max is gone, I have no need for these headlights. They are the infamous Ebay projector headlights that I had retrofitted with 04 Maxima (E55) projectors. Since the projectors are bi-xenon, I left the high-beam slot blank. I purchases the headlights used off another Org member, and he/she had marred the turn signal socket holder hole on the headlight itself to the point where the 194 socket wouldn't properly fit into the hold. Therefore, there are no parking lights for the headlights. However, the turn signals, low beam, and high beam function perfectly. The turn signal bulb wiring will have to be wired to the appropriate sources and a ground. In place of the parking lights, I use the Angel Eyes, which I had upgraded with brighter LEDs. Unfortunately, the brighter LEDs still aren't very visible in the daylight. These can be hooked up to the desired trigger power source and ground. The high-beam solenoid on the E55 also needs the appropriate trigger and ground. If you notice in the photos, I also managed to break off the metal mounting "prongs" on the outer edge of each headlight. But they both fit without issues without the prongs.
I can include the wiring harness if desired, however, I can't remember exactly what went where, as my harness is a hot mess of connections (I have three gounds... ). But it worked perfectly. I failed to label all the connections on the harness, but the ballast connections are there (and can be snipped off if you don't want the harness), along with the high-beam trigger and possibly the parking light trigger. You'd need a multimeter to properly test the connections.
Also, due to a crummy battery (stay far away from Wal-Mart's EverStart brand!), some battery acid didn't stay in its source and managed to find its way onto various metal surrounding the battery. Said various metal includes the Matshu****a ballast that I was using for the driver's side headlight. In the photos, you'll notice that the ballast has a corroded screw. It probably should be replaced eventually, but worked perfectly when I removed it last weekend. Also note that the ignitor for this ballast (silver braided wire cover) was eaten up, and I have another one in excellent condition to replace it.
I realize I've written up a mouthful here, and will be glad to answer any questions you have about these headlights and the harness. As is, I'm asking $350 plus shipping OBO for both headlights (D2S bulbs included, also), the harness, and both ballasts and ignitors, plus shipping and or best offer. I'm willing to separate the ballasts as well, just PM me a price.

Not anymore... The low-beam has been converted to E55 bi-xenon projectors, which use D2S. The original high-beam reflector is still there, and can be used if you want to wire up the appropriate bulb connector. Unfortunately, I can't remember the high-beam bulb size offhand. My harness only connects to the ballast for the low-beam and the projector solenoid for the high-beam.
