gxe , any reason why you took them off? Does they change the feel from the stock ones?

SOLD To NIK_2021:

I took them off because I got a 20th anniversary complete suspension off org member "maximumobsession".
My OEM stocks leaked like crazy so i replace with Blues....

I had original GXE springs with the Tokico blues and they felt good. Only drove 500 miles or so BUT rear was BOUNCY and I was scratching my head why? You can find my post about it on the org.

so...
On the installation of the 20th suspension, we found that one of the rear struts (Tokico Blues) was blown (go figure) and decided to just remove all 4 blues and gxe springs. The blues are fine except for the one rear.

So with installing the suspension twice in a month... 1.) with blues 2.) with 20th suspension, I figure geez, thats alot of $$$ spend taking it on and off. So, these are up for sale. I'm happy with the 20th SE suspension, so I'm sticking with this setup for now.

Blues are up for sale. I paid $299 shipped for all four. And my ebay ID is 100% and my .org trader is 100% too. So buy with confidence.

SOLD!

So was it bouncy because of the struts or the springs?

Only the rear was bouncy because one of them was blown.

I might be selling my set, i bought it brand new on Jan 16th 2008. to replace my blown stock shocks. I am still on stock springs so they werent abused on lowering springs.

The reason why i am thinking of selling is because i want to lower my car, and try Autocrossing, so i think an adjustable struts would do better.

They only have 5k miles.

but they are still on my car, so you would have to wait alittle for me to buy the new suspension.

I am looking for $220+shipping for them as they are almost new.

let me know.

if you are skilled with swapping suspension we can do it here, take them off and put them on your car. or i can ship.
