You can call the state police or sherriffs in his area, they all have internet crimes divisions. I had a guy on another forum call them on me. I sold him a computer last year and he swore up and down i edited the original post after the sale and the specs werent right etc. long story short the admins told him he was wrong, but he called the cops apparently because a detective showed up at my house with an arrest warrant. I told him it was settled online with both paypal and the website admins and he said he didnt care, and i was taken in.

It was dropped, but its still an arrest on my record for doing nothing wrong.
