Myself being a paypal rookie in some respects filed a dispute initially until I got a tracking number. Once I got that he filed a counter against me. That pushed me to dismiss the claim in light of the tracking number. Pretty stupid! Anyway, that has led to paypal considering the case shut. No recourse for me through paypal.
