Where Can I Get The Hood Supports.....

Where can I purchase the two hood supports. Mines went bad and i was wondering if there are any local auto stores that sell replacements or do i have to purchase from dealer and how much does each cost. Thanks.

Where? All the stores seem to be out, both online and bricks-and-mortar.

No, the hydraulic arms that hold the hood open.

Looks like strong arm struts don't hold up pretty well. If you guys from the original thread are still around, please share your expirience how these struts did on the long run.

ugh

I hope you found them, Mine both went bad, and I had a HELL of a time finding replacements. I ended up having to cross over into another state finding them at an advanced auto parts.

Good luck

I have had mine for 8 months and the strong arms are doing great. And I am constantly opening and closing the hood.
