woooohooo I'm driving the Maxima today!
The 98 has been sitting for almost 3 weeks. It was a DD until late April, because of the Takata/BMW airbag, I got a '16 328 loaner, so that's been my DD. (BMW offering to loan a car to anyone affected by the recall, my '07 335i is)
I've been meaning to drive the Maxima, but didn't want to just drive it for no reason and burn up gas. Today, my wife took the 328 because of how the cars are in the driveway, and I will move her SUV out of the way and drive my 4th gen. She'll be very happy, like the toys in Toy Story 3 that didn't get played with anymore!

Yeah the '07 BMW has the Takata recall which they offer a free loaner...
The oddity about yesterday's drive was the water separator from the EVAP fell off and was dangling?
Otherwise, she fired right up and is smooth as silk. No more brake caliper grabbing because of the hose replacement.
I just wish they had built the unibody as well as the powertrain....
