After a year..i have decided to get back on my dek turbo swap

Hey guys finally got the car running smoothly but my slim fan arent coming on..here's how I wired it:

Blue and green to harness is tied to blue on slim fans. Black wire is to black wire. Butt ended the yellow.

Did I do this right? Cause they arent cutting on

Are you giving the fans time to come on? Check your grounds and fuses. There are also the rad. fan relays.

did you rev it at all? only idling for 30 minutes might not have been long enough for the fans to come on especially if its cold outside

Hook up a diagnostic tool or a scangauge etc and monitor your actual temps.

Fans will kick on LOW at 203F and HIGH at 221F.

If you turn on your AC, the fans should both instantly kick on.

Those are very close to the temps I measured after replacing a defective thermostat today. I used a scangauge to verify what temp the aftermarket autozone thermostat opened at.

Thermostat opened: 180f

LOW fan speed: 202f

HIGH fan speed: 220f

Those are the temps of using nearly 100% distilled water. I later backflushed the coolant system, ran distilled water 3 more times, then added Nissan green coolant.

Hard to say without seeing the wiring diagram instructions for your slim fans.

For reference, you'll want to look at pages EC-430 through EC-433 of the FSM for the wiring schematic of the OEM fans.

Copy/paste from my phone notes:

Radiator fans wiring

pin 1 = white/black stripe - low speed positive connection
pin 2 = white/blue stripe - high speed positive connection
pin 3 = white/red stripe - low speed negative connection (ground)
pin 4 = solid black - high speed negative connection (ground)

YOU WANT THE HIGH SPEED SIDE.
