Cruise Control Now Working
I have searched for threads about cruise control not working and seems like everyone's light comes on but no cruise but my light doesn't come on and also no cruise...anyone know what could be causing this specific issue?

The cruise control module is not getting power. This could be several reasons. Fuse # 12 could be blown, but this same fuse also powers several other things, one of them being the dome light.
Then you have the on/off switch in the dash, the spiral cable in the steering column, the ASCD Relay under the hood and the cruise control module under the hood.
You need to get the troubleshooting section that is in the FSM and start following it. It is in section EL. Nissan calls the cruise control ASCD, so in the IDX index section, look up ASCD.
I'd tell you the page number but You didn't say what year your car is, so you'll have to figure out the page number yourself.

Grommets?
The cruise and break light grommets are located under the upper part of your break pedal, check the floor board for a small broken plastic piece, this was a $15 fix for my 99 maxima, fixed in 5 minutes. Hope that helps.
